DIRECTIONS
How to Blacken Fish or Chicken
Coat both sides of fish fillet or thinly sliced chicken breast evenly with Lo’s Kitchen Blackened Seasoning. Shake off excess seasoning. Generously brush both sides of meat with melted butter; set aside. Heat cast iron skillet on medium-high until hot. Add 1 tbsp of butter to pan. Add meat to pan. Cook for 1 ½ -2 min on each side until blackened.
