Return Policy

Our Return & Refund Policy provides detailed information about options and procedures for returning your order.

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

If you are being refunded, you can expect your refund within 5 to 10 business days after your refund is approved by Lo's Kitchen, depending on your bank or credit card company.

If you are returning products due to damages during shipping and receiving a replacement, it could take up to 14 business days for your replacement to arrive. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return, the time it takes us to process your exchange once we receive it, and the time it takes the replacement product to be delivered.
